Tapestry Technologies awarded a Cloud BOA from the U.S. Army Contracting Command

Tapestry Technologies has been awarded a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) from the U.S. Army Contracting Command. The 3-year Army Cloud Computing Enterprise Transformation, or ACCENT, agreement has a $247 million ceiling value across all contract holders. Awardees will be considered the preferred source by all Army commands and organizations needing commercial cloud hosting, data center migration, transition support and application modernization services.   Tapestry will provide services and solutions necessary for the Army to satisfy the requirements to migrate eligible Army enterprise applications to commercial cloud service providers or to Army Enterprise Data Centers (AEDCs).  Our solutions accelerate the adoption of commercial cloud services while improving the security and reducing cost. Tapestry Technologies migration services and solutions will facilitate the execution of the Army Data Center Consolidation Plan (ADCCP) modernization and migration requirements within the established timelines for completion.   Tapestry is grateful to be part of the ACCENT BOA, which will serve as the Armys preferred vehicle for cloud computing, said Angie Fogelsonger, VP of Business Development at Tapestry. Tapestry will leverage its deep Department of Defense (DoD) background in cybersecurity, data center engineering and cloud computing as it pursues new work on this vehicle. We look forward to partnering with the Army as it moves applications to the cloud.
