| Employee Recognition: | Letters of recognition honor employees who go above and beyond, and length-of-service awards recognize long-time employees. These are presented at all-employee meetings. |
| Community Caring: | From participating in the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life to providing holiday gifts and school supplies for kids in need, Tapestry welcomes the chance to give back to our community. |
| Regular Refueling: | Need a pick-me-up? Company-supplied coffee, tea, and soda might do the trick—along with our monthly Bagel Fridays and cookouts (depending on the season) and our Thanksgiving luncheon. (Turkey bowling, anyone?) |
