At Tapestry Technologies, “work” is about more than doing a job. It’s about feeling valued and empowered, benefitting from your daily interactions, and taking time to recharge your batteries.

Open-Door Environment: From collaborating with peers to having access to Tapestry leadership, communication is key to doing what we do.
Flexibility: Flexible work hours (covering the core hours of 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.) and telework options for some positions help accommodate employee needs.
Monthly All-Employee Meetings: Learn the latest company news, share your own insights, and ask questions. (Lunch is on us!)
Employee Recognition: Letters of recognition honor employees who go above and beyond, and length-of-service awards recognize long-time employees. These are presented at all-employee meetings.
Community Caring: From participating in the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life to providing holiday gifts and school supplies for kids in need, Tapestry welcomes the chance to give back to our community.
Regular Refueling: Need a pick-me-up? Company-supplied coffee, tea, and soda might do the trick—along with our monthly Bagel Fridays and cookouts (depending on the season) and our Thanksgiving luncheon. (Turkey bowling, anyone?)
R&R Off the Clock: Unwind outside of work at the annual summer picnic and December holiday party—and you never know when a friendly softball game or bus trip to New York City might be in the works
